Lance has been in the construction trade for over 15 years. He is a skilled electrician and plumber. Lance oversees all the work on the jobsite, guaranteeing attention to detail at each phase of your project and assuring that the job is completed on time.
Kari is the licensed contractor. She is a graduate of St. Mary's College in Moraga with a Bachelor's degree in communications. Kari specializes in client communications and overall project management. She is able to combine the design elements of your project with the practical construction phase to ensure your remodel meets and exceeds your families needs and expectations.
